• A flexible Ag nanoparticle–coated fiberglass SERS substrate was rapidly fabricated via a one-pot microwave method. • The optimized Ag-30@FG substrate achieved sensitive dye detection with a limit of detection down to 10⁻⁷ M. • The substrate demonstrated excellent reproducibility, stability, and reusability up to eight cycles. • Ag-30@FG enabled detection of dyes on real surfaces and simultaneous identification of mixed dye analytes.
