• We compared Parkinson’s Disease patients (PD) PSG data with controls • Controls were matched for Apnea-Hypopnea Index (AHI), age and sex • PD had lower sleep efficiency, lower REM AHI and less O2 desaturation • Differences were more significant in patients with REM sleep behavior disorder • AHI and O2 desaturation correlated with cardiovascular symptoms and hallucinations
