Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• 5 nm SnO2 flakes were prepared, with (111) as main facet and good stability. • At 90 °C, the SnO2-(111) sensor had the 606 response to 5 ppm NO2 and 10 ppb LOD. • DFT and characterizations were used to reveal the enhanced gas sensing mechanism. • SnO2-(111) monitored NO2 in kidney bean germination and matched with GC–MS.
