Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Controlled solvent evaporation enables one-step fabrication of thickness-tapered hollow microcone arrays. • The hollow microcones high compressibility enable high sensitivity. • Stable deformation of thickness-tapered hollow microcones enables a wide linear range without gradient designs. • The sensor exhibits 7.28 Pa low detection limit, swift response (28/35 ms) and excellent stability over 4500 cycles.
