Stray current inversion method based on sparrow search algorithm with kernel extreme learning machine

随着工程建设的持续发展,杂散电流已成为导致管道腐蚀的典型因素。因此,加强杂散电流检测的研究对于提升管道腐蚀防护的技术能力尤为重要。本文提出了一种基于麻雀搜索算法与核极限学习机(SSA-KELM)的杂散电流反演方法,实现了复杂环境下杂散电流与缺陷的定量分析。具体而言,在定义并提取电信号特征后,利用SSA算法对KELM模型进行参数优化。通过对比SSA-KELM模型、基本ELM模型和KELM模型对同一测试样本的单输出与双输出反演结果,验证了SSA-KELM模型在杂散电流与缺陷反演方面的优越性,并实现了复杂环境下杂散电流与缺陷的定量分析。实验结果表明,对于缺陷单输出的$R^2$、MSE、MAPE和RPD指标,本模型分别达到0.93348、5.4197、13.976%和6.9021;对于缺陷与杂散电流的双输出,上述四项指标在缺陷输出端分别为0.89583、29.8813、40.757%和3.0416,在杂散电流输出端分别为0.95794、0.52179、4.2657%和6.8561。
