Abstract
En 中文
• Plasma-assisted ammonia-coal co-combustion coupled with fuel staging is proposed for NOX control. • Plasma suppresses NO formation reactions and accelerates NO reduction reactions synchronously. • The lowest NO emission of 172 ppm is achieved at 45 % ammonia blending and 20 % staging ratio. • NO + NH2 → N2 dominates NO reduction with a contribution of 42.5 % at 20 % fuel staging ratio. • The 0.6 m staging position shows better NOX reduction performance than 0.3 m.
