● Subcritical CO₂-expanded scaffolds enable sustained Lawsone release in burn wounds ● Porous nanofibrous architecture (SEM) promotes fluid exchange and cell infiltration ● Antioxidant-loaded scaffolds mitigate oxidative stress and regulate inflammation (IL-6, IL-10, CXN-43, SphK1) ● Enhanced fibroblast proliferation and ECM remodelling improve regenerative outcomes ● Cross-linked collagen matrix provides mechanical strength and enzymatic resilience
