在先前的研究中，我们基于哈密顿包含和辛极值函数的概念，提出了Brezis-Ekeland-Nayroles原理的辛版本，并将其应用于标准塑性理论。本工作的目的是将此前的形式扩展至非相关塑性理论。为此，我们将双势能的概念推广至动力系统。关键思想是定义辛双势能。我们提出了一种从双势能构建其辛双势能的方法。接着，我们将辛Brezis-Ekeland-Nayroles原理推广至非相关耗散定律。我们将其应用于非相关塑性理论和具有库仑干摩擦的单边接触定律。
