• Synergistic modification of B-based fuel is achieved via regulating with TiB2/GO. • Highly active Ti and additional B in TiB2 are utilized for regulation. • GO-derived gases disrupt B2O3 oxide layer and suppress nano-agglomeration. • B/TiB2/GO sample (mass ratio 10:1:3) reduces 69.36% activation energy versus B. • A maximum pressurization rate of 1.124 MPa·s⁻¹ is achieved for composite fuel.
