• H2SO4-HWIFA-CSA binder was designed to stabilize Cl and HMs in high-chloride HWIFA. • In-situ Sulfate Supply promotes CSA hydration and AFt/AFm/C-(A)-S-H formation. • 90-day curing tests show no significant loss in immobilization. • Offers co-disposal of HWIFA and waste sulfuric acid, supporting circular economy.
