Cooperative jamming leverages the advantages of multiple coherent jamming sources to generate diverse jamming images, posing a significant threat to synthetic aperture radar (SAR) systems. To address this challenge, a SAR counter–countermeasure is proposed by jointly designing the waveform and imaging process in a cooperative jamming environment. The suppress interrupted sampling jamming (ISJ) is restrained via fast-time waveform and mismatch filter optimization. Subsequently, a strategy combining random frequency agility and jamming cancellation is proposed to mitigate cross-pulse repeater jamming (CPRJ). Specifically, by dynamically altering the carrier frequency, a portion of the CPRJ can be filtered out during signal reception. The residual CPRJ is then suppressed by exploiting the distinct energy distribution characteristics of SAR echoes in the slow-time domain. A fast SAR imaging algorithm is proposed for the phase-coded waveform, which enables the application of an approximated observation model in the sparse imaging method, facilitating the reconstruction of clear SAR images for strong targets. Simulation results validate that the proposed method can counter both ISJ and CPRJ, simultaneously. Compared with traditional antijamming methods, it exhibits superior antijamming performance, validating its superiority in complex cooperative jamming scenarios.
