Abstract
En 中文
• HSe NPs with hyaluronan enhance stability and CD44-targeted delivery to inflammatory chondrocytes. • HSe NPs upregulate GPX1 to scavenge ROS, suppress chondrocyte inflammation and reducing secretion of CCL2, CXCL1 and IL-6 secretion. • HSe NPs promote M2 macrophage polarization, suppress joint inflammation and alleviating osteoarthritis progression.
