Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• The three-dimensional surface acceleration field of Phobos is computed and used to model surface regolith trajectories. • Nine coherent dynamical regions are identified from the organization of surface accelerations. • Regolith Migration Pathways (RMPs) are mapped and compared with spacecraft observations. • The termination zones of these pathways correlate with smooth terrains, low crater densities, and specific spectral units. • The results provide new constraints on Phobos’ surface evolution and inform MMX landing-site and sampling strategies.
