Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• This study is the largest clinical cohort to date (N = 131) evaluating effectiveness of clinical hypnosis for both NREM and REM parasomnias. • 53.9% of patients reported subjective improvement and 32.4% were classified as responders based on CGI-I scores. • This the first investigation to evaluate hypnosis for RBD, with improvement noted in 33.3% of these high-risk patients. • Treatment response was most robust in NREM/overlap parasomnias, patients with nightmares/epic dreaming showed less robust responses.
