Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Households' willingness to pay (WTP) for coal-to-nuclear (C2N) was assessed. • Nationwide contingent valuation survey of 1000 households was conducted. • One-and-one-half-bounded spike model was used to account for zero WTP observations. • Mean household WTP equals 29% of electricity bill, signaling strong public support. • Regional and socio-economic factors are crucial in shaping public acceptance of C2N.
