Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Protein glycosylation is a crucial “molecular switch” that enables breast cancer cells to evade immune surveillance. • Protein glycosylation reshapes the immune microenvironment of breast cancer by dynamically modifying key proteins such as immune checkpoints and antigen presentation. • Sialylation modification has opened up a new direction for the immunotherapy of immune-inactive tumors such as breast cancer.
