Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Sedimentary/diagenetic pyrite contains gold required for later Carlin-type gold mineralization. • The sulfur isotopic compositions of pre-ore pyrite are similar to those of ore pyrite in the ores. • Carlin-type gold deposits in the Youjiang basin, exemplified by the Yata deposit, have a gold source potentially derived from the sedimentary rocks that hosted them.
