Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Thymoquinone (TQ) reverses HFD-induced kidney dysfunction (creatinine, urea, uric acid) and tubular damage (KIM-1, NGAL). • TQ restores podocyte integrity, evidenced by increased podocin and nephrin levels. • TQ orchestrates a novel regulation of autophagy flux and mitigates DNA damage in renal tissue. • TQ inhibits mitochondrial apoptosis, providing a multi-pathway defense against obesity-related nephropathy.
