• Repeated particulate exposure induces time-dependent BALT formation. • Early IL-1α elevation contributes to BALT development under OVA conditions. • CXCL1 and neutrophil infiltration are associated with BALT formation without OVA. • 3D reconstruction revealed BALT extension toward the distal airways. • TiO₂ was confirmed in alveoli, macrophages, and lymphoid tissues.
