• IMEX-TSA允许使用局部时间步长，同时保持IMEX格式的原始时间精度顺序。
• 局部时间步长根据局部刚度进行调整，而非一般CFL准则。
• 通过分层聚类算法实现了基于域的自适应局部时间步长，并限制了时间步长的减少。
• 在三种经典爆轰中，IMEX的最大效率提高了2.3至61.0倍，而相对误差最大仅为2.2%。
