• Symmetry regulation accelerates V3+/V4+ redox kinetics and widens Na+ diffusion channels. • High-ionic-transport simplifies phase-transition pathways, eliminating intermediate-phase bottlenecks. • The optimized cathode retains 86% capacity after 10,000 cycles at 50 C. • Robust operability is achieved across a broad temperature window from -20 to 60°C.
