• Complex Posttraumatic Stress Disorder consists of PTSD and DSO symptoms • Symptoms change in PE, Skills-training and Phase-based treatment were compared • Prolonged Exposure was associated with the steepest decline in PTSD symptoms • DSO symptoms decline was comparable among conditions during treatment • Trauma-focused interventions could be sufficient to reduce both PTSD and DSO
