• Hybrid OLEDs showed dual emission from FA-TA (blue) and Alq₃ (green), enabling mixed-color light. • Hole injection layers improved luminance (up to 8546 cd/m²) and shifted emission toward blue-green. • DPEPO blocking layer suppressed Alq₃ emission, yielding high-purity blue light with narrowed spectra.
