Abstract
En 中文
• Why did we undertake this study? Evidence linking ultra-processed food (UPF) intake to real-time glycemic control in type 2 diabetes is limited. • What question did we address? We examined whether individual- and food-level measures were associated with CGM–derived metrics. • What did we find? Higher food-level UPF energy was associated with lower TIR, higher TAR, and higher GMI. • What are the implications? Food-level UPF measures with CGM may identify more precise dietary intervention targets in type 2 diabetes.
