Abstract

• Construct the relationship between microstructure, residual stress, magnetic-crystalline anisotropy, magnetostriction coefficient and coercivity. • By controlling the annealing temperature, saturation magnetization, coercivity and hysteresis loss can be correspondingly regulated. • S430 FeSiBCr ASMC exhibits Ms of 173.6 emu/g, μe of 25.33, Hc of 46.54 A/m and Pcv of 214.06 mW/cm3. • Achieve cut-off frequency exceeding 1 GHz. • This study unveils the intrinsic mechanism of annealing treatment on magnetic properties.
