• Triple-valorization of mixed rPP/rPET and fly ash solves sorting bottlenecks. • PP-g-MA dual-compatibilizer chemically bridges mixed plastics and fly ash. • Aluminosilicate char forms a passive heat shield, extending burning time by 96.6%. • Upcycled structural composites achieve 36.5% higher stiffness at 20 wt% FA.
