Abstract
En 中文
• MK-7 reduces ovarian ischemia-reperfusion injury by lowering oxidative stress. • Vitamin K2 treatment suppresses pro-inflammatory cytokines and NF-κB expression. • MK-7 prevents apoptosis in ovarian tissue by downregulating BAX and Caspase-3. • Follicular structure and AMH levels are maintained through SIRT1/BCL-2 regulation. • MK-7 is a promising therapeutic candidate for managing ovarian injury.
