• 3D boron nitride (3D-BN) fillers were successfully incorporated to the PEO SPEs. • PEO disperse in 3D network and accelerate Li⁺ hopping intra- and inter-chain. • 3D network builds expedited Li+ diffusion pathways and guides uniform Li+ deposition. • Lewis acidic B sites anchor the TFSI− anions to promote the dissociation of LiTFSI. • Such synergism significantly facilitates Li⁺ migration at 40 °C.
