Achieving arbitrary and independently controllable 3D multi-focus arrays remains an outstanding challenge in structured light-field engineering, especially for abruptly autofocusing beams. Current synthesis paradigms are fundamentally limited by coupled spatial-amplitude degrees of freedom, which restrict programmable arrangements, intensity uniformity, and thus practical utility in complex applications such as parallel optical trapping and fabrication. Herein we break this paradigm by introducing an array of generalized chirped Airy beams (GCABs) and a universal wavefront-design framework. Our core innovation is a fully decoupled chirpphase modulation strategy that, for the first time, treats the transverse-longitudinal coordinates and the relative amplitude of every intended focus as independent control variables. The framework enables fully decoupled 3D control over each focus: arbitrary transverse placement for customized 2D patterns, independent longitudinal tuning, and programmable relative intensities. Experimentally, we demonstrate simultaneous generation of multi-foci with user-defined asymmetric 2D layouts and distinct 3D configurations, each at independently specified intensity, thus establishing deterministic and unprecedented flexibility in multi-focus engineering. The intrinsic spatial constraints that bound conventional multi-focus techniques are now lifted, enabling arbitrary synthesis of 3D focus array, and bringing the broad application prospects for parallel optical manipulation and two-photon lithographic processing.
