Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• A folded-cavity Ho:ZBLAN waveguide chip CW laser achieved an improved internal slope efficiency of 62.3% at 2.1 μm. • Comparative analysis of 1.0 mol% vs 2.5 mol% Ho3⁺-doped chips reveals a concentration-dependent reduction in slope efficiency. • The demonstrated waveguide chip laser exhibits near diffraction-limited beam quality (M2 ≈ 1.1) and low-noise characteristics suitable for compact SWIR photonic integration.
