Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
Convection is driven by both a solute and heat imposed at one side of a vertical slot. Density distribution is calculated using boundary layer theory and flow is determined using a simple viscous flow law. More than one steady flow exists for some ranges of the governing parameters. The solution relates double diffusion and multiple equilibrium circulation concepts. (C) 2002 American Institute of Physics.
