This case reports a patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who developed immune checkpoint inhibitor-associated pneumonia following immunotherapy, complicated by invasive pulmonary aspergillosis. Such cases are rare and pose diagnostic challenges in clinical practice. The successful diagnosis and treatment of this patient provide a valuable reference for clinical management.
