• A novel detection model to detect circulating tumor cells (CTCs) automatically. • Designed two novel modules to tackle practical difficulties in CTCs identification. • First study to detect CTCs from H&E-stained slide images based on deep learning. • Achieved better performance than SOTA methods and built a new benchmark.
