Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Proposes a safe and efficient strategy against implant-associated infections by combining PTT and PDT without antibiotics. • Develops an antibacterial PLLA scaffold by incorporating Cu nanocluster-anchored g-C3N4 nanosheets via SLS. • Demonstrates PDT effect disrupts biofilms, while enhanced PTT and Fenton-like reactions synergistically boost ROS generation. • Shows outstanding antibacterial efficacy, achieving high inhibition rates of 97.8% against E. coli and 98.9% against S. aureus.
