• A diffusion-covering fusion framework (DiCF-Net) is proposed for PV uncertainty. • Conditional diffusion with trend-seasonal decomposition enhances generation fidelity. • Finite covering theory reduces scenario scale while preserving uncertainty features. • DiCF-Net improves accuracy by 33.7% and robustness in microgrid scheduling.
