• Human-Robot collaborative partial disassembly is considered in DLBP. • An improved Keplerian optimization algorithm is proposed for HRC-PDLBP. • A Q-learning strategy is presented to adjust the local search operators. • The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by comparison experiments.
