• Construction for spatial uncertainty models with limited samples is researched. • The proposed method describes spatial uncertainty by minimum radius-based ellipsoid. • A novel method to obtain multivariate stationary covariance functions is proposed. • An efficient stationary interval field modeling method is proposed. • The performance of the proposed method is validated through numerical studies.
