Achieving multifunctional materials with simultaneously high mechanical, thermal, and electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding performance remains a significant challenge for next-generation flexible and 5G communication devices. In this study, a hamburger-like poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) (PBO)/MXene@eutectic gallium–indium alloy (EGaIn) composite was fabricated via vacuum-assisted filtration and sequential deposition. The results showed that the PBO/MXene@EGaIn composite exhibited outstanding mechanical properties, including a tensile strength of 406.5 MPa, a tensile modulus of 13.4 GPa, an elongation at break of 34.1%, and a tensile toughness of 89.3 MJ·m−3. In addition, it demonstrated high in-plane thermal conductivity (43.2 W·m−1·K−1), excellent Joule heating performance (159.8°C at 3.5 V), and effective EMI shielding effectiveness (41.0 dB). Moreover, the composite maintained its mechanical strength and EMI shielding performance after repeated bending cycles. Meanwhile, effective thermal camouflage was achieved due to adaptive emissivity under varying thermal environments. The hamburger-like PBO/MXene@EGaIn composite with exceptional durability and adaptive thermal camouflage is a promising candidate for next-generation flexible electronics and aerospace applications.
