Abstract
En 中文
• We generated a Human SUMO build: 35,721 sites across 6,146 proteins. • SUMOylated lysines are 2.4× more likely to occur in intrinsically disordered regions. • Exclusively SUMOylated and ubiquitinated sites occupy structurally distinct regions. • Sites co-modified by SUMO and ubiquitin show the highest disease variants proportion. • Non-SUMOylated negative set extracted from the same experimental peptide pool.
