High quality electric wheelchairs can support handicapped persons to move freely in home, work, or hospital settings. However, the electric wheelchairs require a high standard of maintenance for safety. For this reason, we propose a wheelchair management system that can manage electric wheelchairs using Agile-Kanban. Agile is a technique to develop software and manage work efficiency. Kanban is a method to support Agile development. In this work, we design and implement a Wheelchair management system considering Agile-Kanban using IoT sensors and Scikit-learn. Our proposed system can manage the electric wheelchairs efficiently. We present the design and implementation of the proposed system and show that it can measure a wheelchair's states and activities. In addition, we investigate the timing of changing batteries for the electric wheelchair with Scikit-learn.
