• Developed novel hybrid manufacturing method synchronizing incremental sheet forming with additive manufacturing; • Achieved biomimetic multi-scale heterogeneous structures within Fe/Al laminated sheet metal component; • Increased both yield strength and shearing strength with rising pre-strain and interface corrugation; • Validated the proposed integrated manufacturing method of laminated parts with various materials and shapes within one step.
