• A novel multi-task GNN model is developed for cable-stayed bridge optimization. • A cable force optimization method combining NSGA-II and MT-GNN is proposed. • The model achieves high accuracy in predicting displacements and bending moments. • The proposed approach significantly improves computational efficiency for 3D bridges.
