Abstract

• Proposes a Fourier Phase Plane Regression (PPR) method for structural dynamics. • PPR avoids carrier frequency parameters, supports large displacements, and is efficient. • Verified by simulations and experiments on model and real cable-stayed bridges. • PPR achieves a larger displacement range with comparable accuracy. • Accurate and stable, suitable for non-contact structural health monitoring (SHM).
