• A simple and adaptable tool was developed to assess project contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals. • Combines KPI scoring with weight and relevance matrices to integrate qualitative and quantitative data. • Enables SDG evaluation across economic, environmental, social, governance, and scientific dimensions. • Captures interlinkages among biodiversity, water, food, health, climate change, and energy.
