Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• SKRAP were designed for small molecules to solve affinity-kinetic trade-off. • PtFe bimetallic nanozyme with robust peroxidase-mimicking activity was synthesized. • SKRAP@PtFe complex was immobilized on CS/PEG-paper for colorimetric detection. • The paper-based biosensor enabled rapid histamine detection with a LOD of 2.21 nM. • Application was verified in real-world raw and processed seafood.
