Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• A model was developed to predict porewater acidification, i.e., critical time. • Neutralization potential governed the critical time, especially carbonate content. • Net neutralization potential is the second parameter in critical time calculation. • A degree of saturation higher than 90% significantly delayed the critical time. • Critical time only concerned the top 5 cm at the surface of the stockpile.
