• Interpenetrating hydrophilic-hydrophobic RF/SA hydrogel for enhanced H2O2 production. • Achieves 634 μmol g−1h−1H2O2 yield, twice that of pristine RF powder. • Overcomes catalyst agglomeration and recovery, >93% activity after 4 cycles.
