• A distributed parallel framework is developed for Eulerian state-based peridynamics. • Nonlocal overhead is reduced by dynamic load balancing and halo-layer communication. • A two-level cross-domain neighbor search improves parallel efficiency. • Periodic boundary conditions support large-scale infinite-domain simulations. • Large-scale jet simulations demonstrate strong scalability and physical fidelity.
