Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• A novel TFPI-1 homolog SsTFPI-1 was identified, with expression induced by pathogens and poly(I:C). • SsTFPI-1 undergoes endogenous C-terminal cleavage in EPC cells. • TS20 is active against Micrococcus luteus, and can penetrate cell membranes and bind nucleic acids. • Both in vitro and in vivo assays demonstrate that TS20 effectively inhibits infection by SVCV and RBIV-C1.
