Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• A woven-like continuous fiber toolpath strategy is proposed to introduce a global translaminar fiber interlocking architecture in CFRP-AM. • Achieving significant enhancement in interlaminar mechanical properties without compromising in-plane strength. • The translaminar fiber configuration effectively alters crack propagation behavior, suppressing interfacial delamination and promoting multi-layer fracture. • The proposed method enhances interlayer performance without auxiliary hardware or process modification, offering a scalable and compatible solution for high-performance CFRP-AM.
